IRAQ: A new pro-British cabinet is formed.

U.S.A.: The US Naval Aircraft Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania reported that development of airborne television had progressed to the point that signals transmitted by this means could be used to alter the course of the transmitting aircraft.

ATLANTIC OCEAN: British vessels sink four of the BISMARK's support vessels.
